These terms apply when you buy a BeePanel license or use the BeePanel website, customer portal, or licensing service. The use of the BeePanel software itself is governed by the License Agreement. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BEE CORE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, the company that provides BeePanel, and “you” means the person or organization that buys or uses it.
BeePanel
BeePanel is software that you install on your own server to operate and administer your own PBX. BeePanel does not provide calling, telephony, phone numbers, or line services. Supervisor features such as listen, whisper, and barge are quality-monitoring tools that work only for users you give the matching permission.
Your account
You manage your licenses in the customer portal with an account identified by a verified email address. Keep your password and license keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the licensing service or to break these terms.
Licenses and editions
BeePanel is sold as Standard and Pro editions. Each license is a one-time purchase of a perpetual license for one BeePanel installation connected to one PBX, and each checkout buys one license. The pricing page shows what each edition includes, and the License Agreement sets out the rights and limits of the license.
Transcription in Pro uses BeeSTT, a transcription service paid with prepaid credits bought in the customer portal. BeeSTT has its own terms and data processing agreement, which you accept in the portal before you create a BeeSTT key or buy credits.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes. Any applicable tax is added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It handles payment, tax, and invoicing, answers customer service inquiries about orders, and handles returns. Its name appears at checkout and on your receipt.
The reseller processes your payment and issues your receipt or invoice. We never store your card details, billing address, or tax number. Your license key is sent to your email address after the reseller confirms the payment.
Free trial
A new customer can start one free 15-day trial with every Pro feature from the setup wizard. The trial requires an internet connection and an email address not yet used with BeePanel, which you verify, and no payment. Transcription needs BeeSTT credits, which the trial does not include. A server that has already run a trial cannot start another. When it ends, operational features lock until you activate a license; your data on your server is not deleted.
Updates
A license includes the updates released during the first year after payment. After that, you can buy an optional annual update entitlement at the price on the Pricing page when you renew. Without it, your license keeps working with the versions you already have. Updates are installed only when your administrator runs them.
Refunds
You can request a full refund of a license purchase within 14 days after payment, as described in the Refund Policy.
Support
Your purchase includes email help at support@beepanel.io with your account, purchase, license, activation, and recovery, and technical help for defects you can reproduce on the latest update available under an active update entitlement. Help is provided on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed response time. It does not include administering your PBX, customization, consulting, or operating BeePanel for you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your server, your PBX, and the data BeePanel processes on them, including backups of your systems. You are also responsible for using call monitoring and recording playback in line with the laws that apply to you, including any duty to inform the people whose calls are monitored or recorded, or to obtain their consent.
Acceptable use
When you use BeePanel and our services, you agree not to:
- use BeePanel for unlawful interception or surveillance;
- use a license on more installations than it covers, or circumvent or tamper with license checks;
- attack, overload, or probe the website, the customer portal, or the licensing service.
Warranty and liability
BeePanel is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it works without interruption with every PBX configuration; the free trial lets you check it with your own system before you buy.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current revision. Changes apply to purchases and use after that date; a purchase you have already made keeps the terms that applied when you made it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
