BeePanel is an independent product built around one idea: daily PBX operations deserve a fast, safe, and honestly licensed panel.
Why BeePanel exists
BeePanel is built by its founder, an engineer who has worked with Asterisk, VoIP, and SIP for more than 25 years: as an independent integrator, inside enterprises, and on systems ranging from small offices to busy call centers.
Across those years the same gaps kept appearing. Operator panels aged while the PBX platforms around them moved on. Reporting tools answered yesterday’s questions. Licensing punished growing teams with per-user fees. And too many add-ons treated the PBX itself carelessly, overwriting configuration that belonged to the platform.
BeePanel is the product of that field experience: one panel for live operations, queue management, history, and recordings that treats your PBX as the system of record, enforces every permission on the server, and is licensed once per PBX.
What we hold ourselves to
The PBX stays in charge
BeePanel never overwrites the configuration your PBX manages, and every privileged installation change is shown for approval first.
Security lives on the server
Every view and action is authorized server-side, with scoped roles, two-factor sign-in, and a full audit trail.
Your data stays with you
BeePanel installs on your own server. Calls, recordings, and history are not sent to us, and the product includes no usage or health reporting.
Honest licensing
Two editions, a one-time price per PBX, and the first update year included. No per-user fees, and the product keeps working even if you never renew updates.
