Speech to Text
In short, BeeSTT is a speech-to-text service that turns an audio file into text. You can use it inside BeePanel Pro, or from your own software through the BeeSTT API. BeeSTT does more than turn speech into text: alongside a transcript with speaker labels, it produces a short summary, a conversation assessment, and a quality score.

Each line comes with its speaker; select a line to play the recording from that moment.
Mixed-language calls in one language
Speech in other languages is translated into the call’s main language, and the transcript shows which languages were translated.

Your recordings stay under your control
BeePanel sends a recording to BeeSTT only when a user with transcription permission requests a transcript.
- Viewing and requesting transcripts are separate permissions, and neither lets a user listen to recordings
- BeeSTT keeps a recording and its transcript at most 15 days, only to troubleshoot the service and check its quality, and never uses them for training
- The transcript and summary stay on your server; they remain with the call after BeeSTT deletes its copy
No monthly fee, and credits never expire
Transcription uses BeeSTT credits that you buy in advance in the customer portal. The pricing page lists the per-minute price and the credit packages.
