Your license is perpetual and keeps working offline. The first year of updates is included; after that, an optional update plan costs 25% of the license price per year. Skip it and BeePanel keeps running; you just stop receiving new versions.
15-day trial with the full Pro entitlement
Every new installation can register online for a free 15-day trial with all Pro features. At expiry, operational features lock and history collection pauses without deleting data; license administration, diagnostics, backup, and uninstall remain available. Activating a license resumes from the saved checkpoint. A later Standard-to-Pro upgrade builds Pro detail from BeePanel’s retained event history.
What counts as one PBX?
One BeePanel installation connected to one PBX.
What if I don't renew updates?
Nothing breaks. BeePanel keeps working with the version you have.
Can I move my license to a new server?
Yes, licenses can be re-hosted when you migrate.
