See line and call state, then transfer, park, pick up, or end calls within an assigned scope.
BeePanel combines live PBX monitoring, server-authorized call and queue-agent control, call history, recordings, administration, backup, and updates in one product.
The same multilingual interface adapts to the permissions and PBX resources assigned to each account.
See line and call state, then transfer, park, pick up, or end calls within an assigned scope.
Monitor calls and queues, manage queue-agent availability and dynamic membership, and use listen, whisper, or barge only where separately authorized.
Discover PBX capabilities, manage accounts and scopes, review setup changes, diagnose health, back up, and update.
Search authorized history, review permitted recordings and audit activity, and use Pro reports and exports.
Extensions, queues, trunks, and conferences update in real time.
Blind and attended transfer, hangup, park, and pickup are included, together with listen, whisper, and barge.
BeePanel builds its own call history instead of exposing a PBX distribution’s flat call-log tables. Search by time, direction, participant, status, and PBX resource, while preserving in-progress, incomplete, and unknown outcomes.
Pro Pro builds full call detail from retained events: legs, participants, transfers, and queue intervals. It also adds queue analytics, richer reports, wallboards, PDF and CSV export, scheduled reports, bulk recording workflows, REST API, and webhooks.
Recordings appear with the call segments they belong to. Standard includes browser playback and single-recording download. Pro adds bulk access and export. Playback and download remain separate server-side permissions.
Local accounts support two-factor sign-in and recovery codes. Roles are editable permission bundles, while visibility and actions can be scoped independently to extensions, queues, trunks, recordings, and PBX resources. Security-relevant activity is recorded in the audit trail.
One command on the server opens a guided web setup. BeePanel runs as a restricted service beside the PBX or on a separate host.
Everything above is Standard unless marked Pro. See the full comparison →
Core workflows are responsive and keyboard operable, with selectable language packs and light and dark themes.
These capabilities follow the first v1 release and are not part of the launch feature set.
